Zafran is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Executive Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and leadership team, ensuring alignment across various functions, and driving strategic initiatives. The Junior Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing meeting materials, summarizing key takeaways, and ensuring effective follow-ups. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and execute business strategy.
Zafran brings an entirely new operating model to manage threats and vulnerabilities. Unlike any other approach, we use your existing security tools to prove that 90% of critical vulnerabilities are not exploitable, then quickly mitigate and remediate the 10% that are most likely to cause an incident.
Backed by marquee investors such as Sequoia Capital and Cyberstarts, we are one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity today. Our groundbreaking approach is rapidly gaining adoption, and we are scaling aggressively to meet the demand of some of the largest and most security-conscious organizations in the world.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure seamless execution of business strategy and priorities.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is allocated to high-priority tasks and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is always equipped with the necessary resources and information.
- Summarize key meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup or similar environment, with a strong track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing executive calendars, preparing meeting materials, and executing strategic plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- MBA is a plus; proactive, curious, and results-driven with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a cutting-edge cybersecurity company, working closely with the CEO and leadership to make a significant impact.
