As a Recruiter at Zafran, you will play a key role in fueling the growth of our cybersecurity startup by helping to build a high-performing team across GTM and technical customer-facing positions. You will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with Zafran’s goals and values. What you will do
  • Build Sourcing and Recruiting Plans: Map the talent market to identify potential candidates and proactively source talent for various roles.
  • Source, Screen, and Close Candidates: Engage with top talent to ensure a smooth process from initial outreach through to offer acceptance, with a focus on high-caliber candidates for GTM and technical customer-facing positions.
  • Optimize Recruiting Tools: Leverage recruiting platforms and AI tools to maximize the efficiency of your sourcing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with hiring managers and internal teams to improve recruiting processes and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Track and Report Recruiting Data: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruiting metrics to provide insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience for a GTM team: In-house experience, within a hyper-growth startup environment. Cybersecurity experience is a hard requirement.
  • Proven Success in Building Partnerships: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven and Problem-Solving Approach: Strong analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Passion for Recruiting: A dedication to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while building high-performing teams.
  • Persistent Curiosity: An eagerness to learn and stay current with recruitment best practices, tools, and trends.
Experience with the following is a plus
  • Experience Optimizing Recruiting Tools and Strategies: Familiarity with the latest recruiting technologies and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Technical Roles: Knowledge of various technical positions and their specific requirements and industry standards within the cyber space.
  • Background with Client Recruiting Teams: Experience working in partnership with Hiring Managers to build teams efficiently.
  • Experience with ATS Systems: Comfort with applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruiting process and track data metrics.
  • Early-Stage Company Experience (Series A-C): Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in rapidly growing startups.
