Zafran is looking for an experience ,motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. As a BDR, you will be a key player in our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company. - Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online
- research, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Utilize email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with prospects and
- create awareness about our products/services
- Conduct preliminary assessments to determine the suitability of potential clients.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and buying criteria
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
