Are you ready to be the driving force behind Zafran’s growth in the U.S.? As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Zafran, you’ll shape and scale a hiring strategy that fuels our ambitious growth plans. With a great initial team in place, this is a player-coach role that requires a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in sourcing, screening, and scheduling, in addition to building a team. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives while carving out a standout employer brand in the highly competitive tech market. - Develop and Lead a Strategic Recruitment Function:

- Hands-On Player-Coach Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing scheduling for key positions, especially during high-priority hiring cycles.

- Drive Employer Branding and Talent Marketing:
- Establish and promote Zafran as an employer of choice, leveraging compelling branding strategies and candidate experiences to attract top talent.

- Collaborate and Align with Business Leaders:

- Provide interview training and best practices for hiring managers to improve the overall hiring process.
- Focus on Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in talent acquisition.
- Leverage data to optimize strategies, improve candidate pipelines, and provide actionable insights.
- Champion Culture and Values:
- Ensure recruitment efforts reflect Zafran’s core values and culture, with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Set the tone for how Zafran interacts with candidates, emphasizing respect, transparency, and excellence.
- Proven Strategic Leadership in High-Growth Environments:
- Extensive experience leading talent acquisition in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with sustained tenure at cybersecurity startups known for their strong GTM functions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding, while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Collaboration with Business Leadership:
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, provide interview training, and improve hiring processes.
- Expertise in Employer Branding:
- Proven success in creating and executing strategies to position organizations as employers of choice in competitive markets.
