Description
Zafran is looking for an experienced professional to serve as our Office Manager. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our office operations while providing essential support to our US site.

What you will do
- Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office space.
- Manage office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs and take care of packaging and deliveries for our remote employees.
- Coordinate with IT for office equipment setup (computers, phones, printers)
- Assist in planning and coordinating the remote or on site events including Vendors communication.
- Manage travel arrangements for Executives.
- Personal assistant to the CEO.
- Calendar management for Executives.
- Support the US and IL team with scheduling with internal or external stakeholders
- Invoice tracking with Internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in office software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Can do attitude.
