Zafran is looking for an experienced highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and optimization of our cybersecurity platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that will inform product decisions and strategies.

- Support product managers in developing business cases for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct tailor-maid development and research to build the technical foundations for various use-cases
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
- Work with engineering and data science teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Conduct detailed analyses of product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success.
- Gather and interpret data from various sources, including user feedback, analytics tools, and market research.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark our products against competitors.
- 3+ years of experience in technical analysis, product analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Programming experience in languages such as Python.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Elastic, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Fullstory, Metabase) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry or a related technical field is a plus.
